Cig Lighter No working

Was playing around with fitting my ps2 and screen, had them both working then i tried them both at same time and the fag lighter stopped working. I've check fuse 26 and it seems fine, even tried swapping it around, any ideas?.

you cut any wires? and rewired them?

One of the wires had a slit, fixed now, cheers all, mod can lock.
