Who is it???

I saw this Corsa in Bedford at the weekend. He used to live in St Neots as far as i know, but now always seems to be in Bedford. Its a SXi with Irmy side skirts, and irmy front lower spoiler.

Never spoken to the guy tho, he jus seems to want to try and race me and drive close behind, rather than pull over! LOL
