There's nowt wrong with 1L's !!!

They are cheap economical, and look equally as good as an SRi or better with a little bit of attention!

They may be cheap but the seats dont hold you when you throw the car about like in the sxi and the 1.0ltr rolls like hell....
Plus its only a three cylinder no good for going fast or racing.

Er yes!

"Plus its only a three cylinder no good for going fast or racing." Neither is a 1.2 or a 1.4!

Corsa_15

just wondering cuz a saxo vtr-s is a different body shape to a 1.1 or 1.0, and therefore only fits bodykits made for that exact model.

wainietoff20
02-06-2004, 20:49
 Of course the 1.2 would go if it was bored to a 1.4 then turbo'd or even Nos

The basic corsa and the corsa sxi have the same bodybumpers depending if its before 03 or after.

Scandalous

I had a 1.0l corsa c life, was fine, had it for 2 years from 17-19, nothing wrong with it, altho my SRi is alot quicker. U cant wrong with a 1.0l as a first car as there cheap, economical and insurance friendly. I was paying £1300 when I was 17 with pass plus with Norwich union, theres a guide price 4 ya mate

Not all comforts are 1L either, which is the question originally asked.

15, have a look at 'The Ka$h Kart' in the my cars section. It's a 1L comfort, but it don't look it

Admittedly, they suck more than a Dyson on performance, but look just as good when done up. Also the cost benefits of running are good as well, especially if you are starting out :D

ka$h
02-06-2004, 22:36
I wrote my old car off and was punished by insurance. They tried to up my premium from £657 to £1664 on a 1.6 Astra, so I told them to stuff it and I bought a new car. I got the 1st year free from Vaux, then it was £360 for the second and £250 for the third

I'm older than most on here, so it was all on my own mate!

They don't make em any more, and I can't remember what colours they did come in, apart from Breeze Blue (Mine) I think white came with a red interior, and they did at least one other, cos they did a grey interior as well
