View Full Version : Cheap dist. blocks?
From where?
CAS and CAD seem quite expensive. cablesexpress.co.uk doesn't work anymore and nobody picks up the phone!
Does anybody have any links do decent ones that aren't really expensive?!
Need a fused one and a non fused one..
Aiiiiiiiiiii.

Running two alpine amps with a total of around 850WRMS i think. You should really have a fused block for the live wires though. Its fused at the battery though and has been working fine for about 6 months now.
Yeah getting a fused one for the power and non-fused for the ground
I'll have another look on Ebay!

It would work with a live wire directly form the battery into the amp with no fuses whatsoever but there's an increased safety risk. Fusing power cables at distribution blocks and joins etc. just makes it safer. If you do get the chance to upgrade to a fused dis. block, do it, just to be on the safe side!
