Headlights Issue

Hey... this post is about my headlights..

Notes:

The car is a 53 plate corsa sxi

a) There is no key in the ignition when i do it
b) I flick the indicator stalk back (as if to flash someone)

When I do it, the lights actually come onto dipped beam, rather than flashing the main beam.. is this correct? They go off again when I flick the stalk back again!

I had a 02 corsa a while back that just flashed the main beam when I done this...

Ive recently changed my headlights but it done it before i changed them too :/

Also.. When I leave the car with the indicator on, the "Parking light / side light" doesnt go on on either side (left / right) although I do get the adio warning and the side light bulbs are working fine with normal headlight usage.

I thought I already said... that's your "light me home" feature doesn't occur on pre-facelifts :?

Also the parking lights lol you're paranoid about those new lights :lol: they're perfect working order you know!

I looked in the manual for the car and it seems your correct :lol:

I got a "spark" when i connected the lights so i thought i might have blown something re: parking lights not working
