In Relation to the Leeds Thread by Perry,
I thought I'd have a crack at the Reading Side of it!?
Any stories welcome? Experiences of past festival goers?
Its my first time going to Reading, Cued up outside HMV at 4 in the morning to get tickets, in the rain, but its going to be worth it!

Yup im going on the sunday going up on the day to get my ticket should be a giggle used to go alot 5 years back but now a days its quite poor on the line ups so just attend the odd day
If your camping you will have a right laugh, you will get hardly any sleep and there will be fires so be warned!

Sunday is going to be a hardcore day lol, Sats gonna be my fav, im a huge bloc party fan

Very lucky! i would try not to leave anything in the tent to be honest! haha!

I will be knocking around on the sunday off my face ! :dance:
went the last 2 years, not going this year as will be in Cyprus. My tent is still fine after 2 years, although my mates tent got a stick of dynamite/french banger thrown at it when me and another mate where sitting next to it. Try not to end up in brown camp as its such a long walk to the arena, did not go to the arena until 6:00pm on Sunday as could'nt be arsed to walk there lol

Sounds like fun, my mate said hes taking his tent for the three of us, he said hes not expecting to bring it back yay lol!! is the campsite first come first served basis?
yeah first come first served, you get there and go pitch your tent where you like so try not to get there too late as most of the good spots close to the arena will be taken. only ended up in brown last year as most of green had flooded :( we got there about 11-12 on thursday in 2006 and found a nice spot in green

Went past today, the main stage frame is up. Not long now.
