I lowered my car a few months ago by 30mm, but recently ive found there is a knocking noise comin from the front end, mate thinks it might be becasue the spring coils a few of the rings are sitting on each other as it has set that way now and when the car moves there just banging against each other?? ive been under the car and had a good look and shook a load of parts 2 see if anything is actually loose but nothing seems 2 be, has any1 else had a problem like this???
