how do i take the bumper inserts out on the face lift cheers

alright mate, i did this 2 weeks ago so i could spray em the same colour as my car. They are held in at the top and bottom by small lugs that clip them to the bumper, theres about 6 or 7 of these along the length of the insert. I used a very small screwdriver to get it started, i levered it out from the outside corner first and then using a rocking motion i just applied a little force to get get it rest of the way. Be careful though mate, the last thing you want to do is let the srcewdriver slip!!! with that in mind you might want to try using something else. if u still cant get them out, do a search and u might find some better instructions

honestly quinny its not as hard as you might think, when i was thinking of doing it i was a bit worried that i was gonna break something but it was actually really easy, you just gotta be brave man!!! once you get the first one out you're there!!!
