i bought a mini plate for my car today but not 100% sure if its road legal. can anyone help? its roughly the same size as a motorbike rear rectangle plate.
i dont think anything other than standard is road legal.
ive been done for the spacing between letters being to big one way and to small the other.

The small rectangle motorbike plates are illegal. Think its because the plate has to be readable from a certain distance. Seen alot of bikes pull over round here for it, but you know what the police are like never the same!

anything other than what halfords sell is ilegal

yeah i know wot u mean. just saw them today n thot it would look smart. will keep it for shows n stuff.

This sounds about right, i think Halfords are always up to date wiv the law :thumbs:
