Justa copy and paste from another forum from me:

When i was talking to Shepy over the phone while at Wheelbirk hospital he told me that just up the road there was a tiles factory. So, after we finished up at Wheelbirk we decided to head over and have a look. at first we passed it as i swore Shepy said it was on a T Junction. We continued into a village, where we got some grub and i filled my tyres up with air. Realising that we had actually passed it we headed back and parked outside. After another phone call to Shepy (lol, Thanks BTW!) he told us the entrance and we got in. Yey!

This was a pretty large site. There was an Enormous car park out the back and it even had its own lake/pond!!!
