Is it possible. I stupidly super glued a corner of my bump-strip on when it all went wrong, but now considering taking a whole sunday and do it properly, but will I be able to remove the glue?

I tried to do this whilst debadging. Obviously someone had tried before and failed and decided to superglue it back down. After about an hour of heating the glue to make it soft, the badge did come off again, but it took the top layer of varnish off, and some of the paint aswell. I ended up supergluing it back on!. Without solvents, I wouldnt know what to recomend, and they would be no good as only strong ones will remove it, and will damage the bodywork!

I de rubstipped a corsa on sunday, all 4 all glue off perfect apart from I heard some pre facelift corsa's may get white lines?

All the glue has come off now we are left with a white line about 1.5cm wide were the strip was?

Not invading your thread just asking if you've had same problem, how do you get rid of it?

Cheers

just polish the white marks, as for the glue situation, use weak solvents and keep rubbing will take ages to come off but will eventually if u keep at it.
