Make out of SRi lower grille you mean...

Sri lower grille = £20 + a lot of time and glue etc... then looks utter **** when fitted...

Wouldnt waste ur time and just buy an Irmy

you couldnt make and IRMY one, but with ALOT of effort you could make a grille

but tbh, irmy one is worth it for the ease and quality

I think it looks ok, depends on the colour of the car.

You can mesh it for 20 quid and a bit of tigerseal,just takes patience to get it spot on.
