Currently in the process of fitting a new headunit, sub, amp and component speakers for the front doors. I just wondered how people wire the rear speakers (standard ones) Do you run them direct from the headunit or get them to run from the amp?

Cheers for any help

usually forget about them and get something else coz they're HOPELESS, mine used to rattle like mad coz they were fitted craply and couldn't take the power through them

if ur gunna run them, run them off the HU

Can i ask how you wired the speakers? As from what i have seen its almost impossible to get to the speakers to wire them! Did you use the factory wires or did you strip the corsa down to get to them?

before i had my normal head unit, but used the standard speakers and had an amp powering them

i just conected the amp to the headunit and the speaker connection where it would normally connect to the iso on the hu instead connected ot the iso on the amp, so i used the factory wires

my rear speakers rattled like mad, so i now have a stealth shelf running 6x9s and they dont rattle anymore, because im not using them
