sub and amp question

Quick question guys,
Will i be able to run a sub & amp keeping the standard Vauxhall CD Player? or is it wise to upgrade to a good headunit?

You can, but you'll need a high level input adapter to reduce the gain from your stnadard speaker outputs. Better to get a new HU and then use the proper pre-outs ;)

yes there is a way with some adaptes available, for about £8 i think, but i heard its better to upgrade the unit, as it will not be perfect without the correct outputs from the player. I would upgrade, because the vauxhall player is a very basic cd player, and a good aftermarket player is available reasonably cheaply now that you can run a sub from.
