The sub is designed for a sealed box!

I paid enough for it as it wasnt new, and i am powering it with a Rockford 500x2 at 700wRMS.

Yes its a 12".

I am not sure about this as it says it designed for a sealed box, and i was told that this makes it tighter bass doesnt it?

Nice idea, but amongst other things, i have one RF amp and one JL sub which i installed in a box that i made against probably thousands of £ of kit and experience!!

Hows about u send me a sub for free, and i will install and compare.........

The JL is pretty awesome, specially with 700wRMS RF amp and powered by zero gauge from a heavy duty battery.......

Has anyone heard of DLS amps?

yes i have a mate that knows the guy with the DLS Silver Fiesta. But the JL Will still get a hammering by a RE XXX
