Mutant Speakers

What do people reckon to Mutant speakers. I've got two of their 12' Subs and they are really good. Looking at maybe doing the whole car out in this budget range!!!

me mate had a sub n amp by them n it caught fire n kept blowin fuses then eventually the sub died

but it was a corsa B n he did wire it up himself n he hasnt a clue so could be his fault maybe

dont know about there speakers but i had an amp by them and as ^^ it ate fuses and stopped working randomly, it was replaced twice. in the end i sold my whole install (in old car) to a mate.

if you want cheap(ish) but really good n really reliable go for fusion or JBL

had a install by both n couldnt complain at either

Thanx for the advice... in the end thinking of JBL now... or Sony.. not sure... The subs do seem a little 'base' compared to some of the others... ah well, they'll do for now!!!
