Right...
- I know this is early however we need to get an idea of somewhere to hold this..
We need to decided on a location thats suitable to get as many people to as possible, so thinking central to the UK (maybe?)... Needs to have good nightlife (nightclubs) and also somewhere where we can stay (travelinn/travelodge/etc...)
HOWEVER we could do something cool and convoy abroad?? or go out in London... basically looking for ANY ideas that are sensible people can come up with :D

- However I am looking for an idea on locations: Think about what I said above when suggesting... and dont just come back with York, Derby, Manchester etc...
- Give me Ideas of whats there.. club(s) and links to a place(s) to stay etc...
PLEASE NOTE: The sooner we get this sorted and places to stay booked the better as you know new years it gets soooo busy its unreal.

IF you think hireing a venue is best then just put in locations the venue.
Its really simple.. obviously the cheaper the better :D

What does everybody rekon to this? £44 per person for 3nights. Went not this year but year before and we had a wicked time. The more that go the cheaper it is!

Soundds silly, But u cud get a hotle for half the price in essex, Say grays, and get a cab straigt into london! A return limmo is only £60, And hotel's are about 335 a nite in grays. Just an idea :thumbs:

Like Gaz said we are all booked... Corus Hotel Hyde Park is where we are staying and booked via hotelsdirect.co.uk ... the more people the better and if your sharing you are saving costs ;)

Thats not a problem... dont mind getting them sent to us.
Both.... Pubs till around 11:30 then get into the square for the countdown... and then into the clubs. As near to hydepark/oxford street area as possible to save on Taxi's.
- However if its better to go futher then game on :D

Daz! Public transport, well the tube anyways is usually free on new years eve and run all night! Was last year and few years before anyways so you wont have to worry about Taxi's

Looking at between £35-£40 to get in.... and then drinks on top so easily £100 for new years without a doubt... think drinks will be about £5 so thats 12 bottles (£60) and the £40 to get in making it £100 ;)

just saying u are best just 2 stay in 1 place, cus 1 it will be cold, 2 it takes a 10min walk from the clubs 2 trafalgar sq but on newyears will take about 1hr no lie, alot of roads are closed and one way just letting you know some tickets for clubs cost $50+ and most will be sold out by now so get lookin, pubs $20+ get looking again i say :D goodluck

I have the same anoying problem, its becasue windows thinks your keyboard is a US one, if its like an acer (like mine) then your find you have a really anoying problem about not being able to change it back, becasue they desgined a luvly little program to confuse windows :roll:
I just keep putting quid, but im lazy too, so even that to much effort :lol:

and i'm shocked at you Mr Sicky taking advantage like that :nono:emm.... 2 long 2 go through it again but i told mark, i have been there done it and u wont be able 2 pop in and out of pubs etc etc and u will find it had 2 get down 2 the river as a 10min walk took me 1hour last year, and dnt get lost as the mobile network goes down between 11:45 and 12:30/1am so be careful :D
