View Full Version : Lexus Lights
The gf decided to buy lexus lights for her clio at max power and wants me to fit them.... im no good at diy with cars only thing i done is debadged my car didnt want to do that because i was scared of messing that up... anyone give me some tips on changing the lights? thanks guys
its ded easy. The lights are usually are just screwed in to the body of the car(undo 3 bolts with a spanner or socket) and then the bulbs are usually in a caseing that is cONNECTED to the old light housing. they are usually screwed in, unscrew them, gently remove the bulbs with the caseing and place them into the new lexus light housing. may be different on a clio however.
hope that helps.
just go for it n be brave, ul probably do it right and then ul know how to do it next time and if the worst comes to the worst you can always get help!

yup - it's extremely simple for the clio - just undo the screws as has already been said and it's just a case of unplugging the 'plugs' from the original lights and plugging them in to the same set - u'll see what i mean if u try it. It took me about 10 mins to do my mate's set. go for it
Cheers guys i will give it a go next weekend.... if it all goes pear shaped its only the misses car anyway :)
