Sorry if this has come up b4 in previous threads but i want to lower my exclusiv, but the only thing is my wheels are Wolfrace street mantis 205/40/17 Et38. at the moment i dont get any rubbing what so ever, But have read on here that if i lower any more it will rub to buggary. Is this true? and how can i get around this?
cheers
Paul
You may get a bit of rubbing depending on how much you drop it. You'll just have to trim inside your arches a wee bit in the places where rubbing occurs.

Will i have to modify the rear arches? cos if dats the case then i not gonna bother lowering. Sounds like to much work!:dontknow:

just trim the arch spat and you will be fine
as said above
trim arch spat and the bolts, a dremmel works great and takes 10-15 mins a wheel, front should be fine
I have et38 down 30mm and don't rub at all now the backs have been trimmed back
