***** CC|UK Downtime *****
As you will have noticed, we have been experiencing some abnormally long periods of downtime.
Unfortunately this is due to a third party and is beyond our control.
Our server has benn alive and healthy, unfortunately the access to it is collapsed. It would appear to have been either a line fault or hardware failure.
We are yet to receive a report from our Server Supplier on the fault but as and when we know, we shall inform you of the problems.
We also have no guarantee that this is permanaetly fixed or will not happen again.
Please bear with us as it is frustrating us as much as it is you as we have no access either.
Again we apologise for this and hope you understand
