we got a quote from a local firm 4 the back window the 2 small triangular ones the back 2 and front 2 and we got quoted £270.00 plus VAT think we would of got ripped off had we of taken up the offer after reading how much u lot got yours done for think we might look else where. Is the big price difference to do with where we r in the country or is the company just expensive?

That's way too much. £200 max as it's a 5 door (<< MM the reason for two rear quarters lights)

Going rate all in is normally about £180. As there is more effort required (not a lot tho) to do the quarter lights, expect to pay a little extra, but not that much!!!!

Do they take the drivers window out to fit the tints :?:

They put tint film on the inside of your windows. And you dont have to remove the glass windows to put the film on if they know what they are doing. They just take the door trims off so they can see all the glass.

if so, then they done a very good job of the ones on my old corsa.

I got quoteed originally about 160ish but it came to 180 in the end and that was me getting a strip on the windscreen aswell.

Pretty good price as i got mine done Jan 03, so tint prices were still quite dear.

yeah went up today to see him but he wasnt there. Going to fone him tomorow and book it in. Think he does most peoples tints about here.
