i was speakin to my mate at bassmechanix n they think that the sunvisor screens are a poor fit n poor quality from what theyve seen
The sunvisors screens would be mine and they are 8inch not 7 :)
I would say the quality is pritty good for what they are and wre only 150 IIRC from a local supplier
could ya get me the details from the supplyer (e.g. the name or contact details for the supplyer) thanks smacke. also how easy are these to fit, e.g. what route do you have to take for the wires etc?
i know smacke said they were a local supplier in stockton near middlesbrough, and i know he ran the wires up the front pillar (next to the windscreen) underneath the plastic, his looks really tidy...

Are you going to buy some 300quid speakers as well?
You don't listen to screens mate.
 Your audio will run through your normal car speakers if your installing a dvd player ect aswell, as dale (hopper) said i got them from a local supplier but you can buy them online from www.tgincar.com for about 10 more
As for wiring like dale said again, the cables come through the metal mounting bar and then i've fed them under the roof lining and down the A pillar trims, then from there they go behind the dash then go over to the centre console to get their power.

I meant to say maybe his priorities should be aligned and perhaps spend a bit of coin on upgrading the speakers too.
I'm not familar with the rules in the UK but in Australia we can't have non-navigation screens on during transit so its hard for me to see what enjoyment would come from screens alone.
Either you are a really big fan of in-car vision and hard of hearing, or you like holding something else in your hand ;)

 As it happens im actually parcially deaf  I bought the screens so the gf has something to watch on long journeys as you can only buy the sunvisors in pairs, and the reason i bought sunvisors screens is they are less noticable than the one in the dash ect :) And yes it against the law to watch them whilst driving over here too

The screens I linked you to earlier are done separately.
