i expected the ending to be crap, cos everyone said it was. but i thought the whole movie was generally poo itself.

The town down the road from me - Woking, has loadsa robots and space ships in the town centre as a tribute to HG Wells, the writer of the novel as he lived there and the book was written about the supernatural beings taking over Woking! A far cry from Hollywood! :lol:

ending is a bit random...and all that seems to happen is they go "aaahhh, scary tripod thing" *run*, *stop*, "ahhh scary tripod thing", and so on, until they just die suddnely.

didn't think it was THAT bad, was unexpected but didn't have as much of a twist as it should have

my mate summed it up for me "if i had a million years to plan an attack i wouldn't fail on something as small as bacteria"
