didnt deserve to win at all. heinze is missed terribly and our midfield is bollocks when it comes to europe, just not good enough. Time for Glazers to put their money where their mouths are and buy class in January.

They wont spend money plus players wont go to them the way things are at the moment
they will spend money, fergie has been given 10 mill and possibly more with a result like this. There is a few names at the top of fergies list which are affordable with that money and can make such big changes.
least now its 1 less tournament to worry about, we would never of won it anyway. id rather be out to benfica then face AC again, or dare we say Barce.

Hes coming back to form. Played crap tonight as he had no service, did you see how far deep he had to drop back to get the ball?
Hes been playing very well in past few premiership games.
Top goal scorer in premiership so far this season.. joint with lampard if i remember correctly. Doing alright if you ask me.

Yeah he was, but beckham was here then and Nistelrooy's whole game is in their area, as I said before he isnt getting the service and is having to drop a lot deeper and that isnt where his game is at.
You seen his last few goals? nistelrooy no way lost his touch, its scholes/fletcher/smith/oshea/giggs that need to be looked at.

Mourinho wouldnt be in last 16 with the Utd squad which was put out today.

nah, it aint just manager who plays in buying players, kleberson didnt suit english game, smith awesome player wasnt bought as midfielder, bellion crap buy. heinze great buy, rio, ronaldo, park all good buys rooney.

Heinze cost 6.9 million and is one of the best left backs in the world. Another star buy for the midfield and maybe a stand in defender and we are sorted. We are having a good season par the champions league.

i thought they had no money since the glazer thing
glazer was in control when VDS and Park came through, and has said fergie has 10 million to spend in january and im sure that could stretch. We will see, everyone will be focusing on chelsea rather than utd's bargains for 5-7 mill.

fergie turned ballack down as hes come to his sence and realised it isnt attacking midfielders we need its defending midfielders. De jong we are interested in and ive forgotten the name of that bloody deportive midfielder thats meant to be top of his list, a **** hot argentine.
Very poor team spirit - too many play boys on stupid money not willing 2 get stuck in enough.
don't think they'll buy big in Jan (or the summer) as they can't afford it.
I dont think they will either in the january transfer window
everyone wants 2 go 2 chelsea now and really good big players cost 20m plus - and man u only have 20m and need 2 buy 3 or 4 players not just one.
They should cut their wages 2 get money 2 buy new players.

fergie reckons hes gonna rebuild over jan n the summer i can see him bein out of a job by the summer
how can he rebuild when they dont really have much money 2 spend - they ain't even got a main sponser anymore! :o - they start slipping down the table, finishing 4th and 5th from now on i reckon. They might win the carling cup but thats it. :|

They will buy in January, course they have the money, yes debt but that doesnt come into it, Fergie has money to spend and will do.
Not everyone goes to Chelsea at all, they have a huge team now, few players will go there now, they already have class like J.Cole sitting out 50% of games, there isnt room for much more without losing players. Everyone wants to go there? why do the likes of Schevchenko and such turn them down, Chelsea aint that huge, especially in Europe - They are nothing.
Man utd falling down the table? they have just clamered upto 2nd, win the next game and we are 7 points off chelsea.
Long time until the summer, anything can happen between now and then, starting with January buys.
