Your corsa was nice but i can see why u got the gt turbo, great fun to drive espcially comapred to a corsa. You can get them running over 200bhp big rush when u delete top cars.
Also you cant stick to a Corsa for life its just a good 1st car or cheap run about.

there better cars than corsas

looks good chris

yea i really like that splitter mate. must be a hell of a lot quicker in that punto than the corsa !

Btw, i really liked your corsa before. although it was fully kitted, it wasnt too ott. must say if i didnt have a corsa, i would have definately bought it at 5k. what a bargain for someone !

Chris
22-12-2005, 22:06
ok, lets just clear things up..

around my area i was the first with a modified corsa.. now everywere i look there is just one black corsa after another and i was getting sick of it. yea mine was better than them all but it made me realise how common the car really was.. i opted for a punto gt because its an easy 170bhp car, and rare.. i have only ever seen 3 other punto gt's...

at the end of the day a fiat or fix it again tomorrow is only as reliable as the driver.. i dont thrash it around that often so there is no reason for it to break down.. all this omg its a fiat it will break all the time is bull****.. a car lasts only aslong as the driver wants.. drive it nice last a long time drive it fat and hard lasts not very long, and for those who have driven a gt will understand that driving them sensible is very hard to do!!

Update on the splitter!

all sanded down now had 4 coats of primer and is now drying.. i will try get some paint 2mora and spray it but i dont think that i will have any money till after xmas now. all i can do is wet and dry it down ready for spraying!

a punto gt turbo? how can you tell the differance. looks like a normal one

normally the badges give it away, gt sidestrips.. etc but the main thing is the front bumper, it has light washer jet things, only the gt has these. and if you peer inside the seats say GT on them

Chris
24-12-2005, 11:41
**Update**

after my mate decided to put his hand in it... which i kinda saved!

i open te garage door this morning and to my horror, my dad went in last night and it blew bits of dust all over the splitter!!!

i mean ffs!! wat else can go wrong!

well i thought **** it. i cant polish it now for at least a week to let the paint harden. so i stuck it on the car and there are bits here ant there which need adjusting but it sits on quite nice, and it fairly level to the sides..

anyway, i will go get some pics asap.

Chris
24-12-2005, 12:36
**Update**

ok here it in on the car atm..

i know the paint looks dull.. thats because it need polishing, but i cant do that until its dried :)

i havent stuck it on properly because i have to take it off ot make some minor adjustments. :)

enjoy

gdgd, how can the garage be colder???? if you have a fridge or freezer in your garage, you can stick it behind that, probably the warmest place (once the paints flashed off of course)
