how do u connect up after market wing mirrors?....i got sum and they have 4 wires plus 3 for the lights....but when u take of the originals they have 5 connecting wires?

the aftermarket ones should have 3 wires the standard vaux ones have 5 like you say 3 are for the mirror adjustment the other 2 are for the heated part.if you where supplied with 4 wire aftermarket ones they are the wrong sort you need ones with 3 wires.

rite well...i hooked em up and i only got left/right movement out of them....am just gonna keep em that way cos there about 2 munths old, gt em for bday but didnt put on till now....
