ill be doing 13cm cos feederfan sed to
Its just a bit less of a ballache cuz u dont have to worry about depths and how wide the lugs that the screws go into are... u wont notice the difference in sound anyway

Where can you get the spacers from and will 17cm deffo fit with them. was thinking of going infinity comps up front in a month or 2 (just standard at the mo) - saves me starting a new thread!

what size for a straight swap?
take the old ones out and put new ones in? without having to play with spacers etc...
what sort of speakers shoudl i be looking for?
17cm will have better sound quality, spacers from local audio shop, or make your own from mdf like i did, then u can get it spot on. i needed 24mm spacers for mine.
dan:
13cm shud be straight swap. it depends what u want? inifnty an dls are good with not too much bass, or vibe if u want something punchy at the front, but thats what a sub is for
You wont tell the difference between 13s and 17s unless ur plannin to run more than 100W thru them...
And infinities are very very good with bass, as long as u amp them or run them off a decent head unit
