hi there i have just fitted a new headunit but everytime i start car the settings re set and it really annoying

i heard you can fix this yourself without buying an adaptor

yes
u need to swap the yellow and red wires round on the iso block

what are they usually jut pull out and push in or is it a soldering job

Depends what headunit mate. The iso that comes with new ones you can usually just swap around (plug in)

If not yep, just pull out and push in, job done, however if uve used an iSO adaptor u shud be able swap em over easier..
