Sorry to all the peeps who couldn't make this one but it was a top meet :thumbs:
Didn't get to say g'bye but jst like to say cheers to Mr Spy for leading the south wales lot down there........even though me tinx sat nav took us the long way round, oh yeh an' thanx for bombing off, you lot!!!!!!!!! Had to skip a few random red lights in the ol' SRi...don't think your brother behind me was too impressed :|
Also, cheers to chubbs for the banner :D Hope to see evryone soon at the next get together :wave:

Assuming you mean me (seeing as I was following you I guess you must do!) I wasn't bothered, just panicking that I'd have no idea where to go if I lost everyone and really relieved to see the back end of your car in the distance when I was playing catch-up! :lol:

Apparently i went the long way round anyway! :lol: Don't know why the people that knew that didn't just overtake and lead the way - i was following the Nav's route :|
Convoy was a bit of a mess wasn't it, everyone started overtaking! :nono: :lol:
My bro got some good video footage of the convoy - i'll upload it tonight :mrgreen:

Exactly! Suprisingly we got there like dead on 3pm! :o
My Sat Nav points out the speed cameras so i didn't mind too much! More worried about unmarked cop cars about!
Was an excellent day, soo glad i went, can't believe the amount of people that turned up! I'm not used to more than 10 cars :lol:
Twas cold and wet, didn't fancy getting out the car again, lol, didn't want Jamie to get lost on the way back either! :look: :mrgreen:
Doubt my bumper would've survived either (not that i've seen the car park!), my car cries when it hears the words "multistory car park" :lol:
How was it anyway? Heard you all didn't stay very long after we left?
We stayed bout 10 mins at the carpark before heading back to sunny and dry South Wales :)

There was one near the "toll plaza" on the Severn Bridge, it was parked on a bridge over the M4 but I think it was there to catch people breaking the 50mph limit before the toll booths.
There were 2 IIRC on the M4 by the roadworks, but I don't think they were on, they had bags over them.
The one that worries me is the first one on the M32, I'd lost the convoy so was giving it beans trying to catch up. Didn't spot the camera till the last minute and was made glad that I've just fitted bigger brakes! :o
It didn't flash though, so either I managed to slow down sufficiently or it wasn't working (like all the others on the M32).
Loads of sneaky hidden ones all through Bristol too, just as well they're there to deter speeding and not just catch people out eh? :roll:
I could really do without more points on my license.:angry:

Nah, it was on the way into Bristol.
As far as I could tell all the ones on the way out were covered over so not working.
I hope so anyway.
Mind you we were cruising back home, so it's not like we (Grant, Jamie and I) would have been done going that way because we weren't going fast enough.

yeh we took our time coming back didnt we, i seen they were covered on the way back but owain was saying that there was loads of the lazer ones around bristol, i didnt see any tho and i might have been going over the limit to try and keep up with the convoy.

Don't worry about it Jamie! I'm sure we'll be fineee. I know that when i was speeding down the M4 there were no cameras detected in the area - i would've slowed down to alert everyone if there was!
As for Bristol, there were millions of cameras! I don't think it caught anyone out though as i was going the speed limit through the town centre.
Like Alex said, on the way back we were taking it easy anyway so there's not a chance of us getting flashed :thumbs:

One or two of the cameras weren't active anyway! So nothing to worry about there :)
