Tyre pressure?!

I have just fitted some 16 inch oz titans and i want to know what pressure they need to be, i used to have 185/55/r15 (standard) and now have 195/45/r16, does any one know what they pressure should be or is there an online calculator or anything,

i have the same size tyres on my car mate and i run 30psi on the front and 28psi on the back, thats what the garage said i should have. hope that helps

isnt it what it tells u in your manual? goes on weight in the car
