Lowering Suspension.. Are these tools ok?

Doing my own suspension next week (under supervision!) thought it was about time I learnt myself!

I just need to know for the axle stands and the spring compressors if these ones are alright for doing the job.

The axle stands are 3 tons max each so I'm guessing they will be alright. They come in sets of two obviously so one each side of the axle.

The springs compressors are....

...these ones... will these be the right type and do I need 3 instead of 2 or will two be ok as I don't want to kill myself! Thanks :D

halfords 19.99... then you can hire em to members on here lol.

The compressors are on ebay... about 11.50 i think :S
The stands and compressors cost about 30 quid

Exactly what I used. Really easy job to do. Take maybe 90mins if its your first time doing it.
