I've got the chance of getting some Alphasonik audio stuff cheap. its second hand, and i was wondering if the stuff in any good?

This is what hes got:

"2 x 12" Alphasonik 600 series subs (rated at 700W RMS each) (cost new £250 each) http://www.alphacaraudio.co.uk/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=24_79&products_id=205

This is Top end professional kit guys and im looking for serious offers, i will throw in over £150's worth of wiring with the sale but im ideally looking at selling it together, i can also help fit it for £40 but thats up to you.

I cant tell you how good this stuff is, when it was in my car it got loads of attention and sounded awesome! the power figures speak for themselves, and those arnt made up either, http://www.alphacaraudio.co.uk (http://<a href=) is where i bought it from and all the info on these items are on there."

I'd be interested in the 2 subs and an amp to match it, not interested in the 6x9's, but may have the other amp for some comps eventually.

I've just got standard stereo & speakers in the car at the mo, so obviously i'll need a HU, but thought this might be worth getting while its going.

What do you lot reckon?

well you dont want the 6x9s, and the subs and amps WRMS dont match up with anything, so it will be bodge install...

Well, i'll ask him how he had it wired up, im sure the 4 channel could be bridged twice maybe to present a 1 ohm load. I'll find out!

then do so at your own risk. a 10hm load almost DOUBLES the wrms. BUT, this amp IS NOT 1ohm stable.

Unfortunatley, amps like rockford fosgate are soo good, they CAN be ran at 1ohm quite happily even if 2ohm what they are rated. I very much doubt this would last very long briged at 1ohm...

infact, i dont even think you can bridge it to 1ohm

still awaiting a reply from him. Anyway, is alphasonik a good brand? they seem to carry a price premium?
