View Full Version : is it possible for all dial bulbs to blow?

i turned my lights on today and i noticed that all my blue dial led's were not working, all the rest are fine (handbrake, odometer, engine management light etc.) These were working last night so i'm guessing all of them must have blown, is it possible for this to happen?

just gives me a reason to buy some ultra white ones i suppose! :look:

There is no 'one' fuse for the 3 bulbs to go. It'#s one wire onto the back of the dials tha is most likely your problem

so if i took the dials out as if i was to change the bulbs would it be there or is it behind the female connection that is on the dash? if so, how do i get to this, do i need to take the whole dash out?

I've got a dial bulb gone, I'm going to take the dials out at the weekend to see whats caused the problem. I'll let you know if it is the bulb or its shorted out somewhere. I've got that many electrical problems at the minute. No electric windows, mirrors or stereo.

turned my lights on again tonight and everything is back working again now. i did notice this morning tho when they wern't working, the led's behind the heater panel were off aswell. but weveryhting is ok now tho.

any ideas what was wrong incase it happens again?

Don't they take a while to warm up occasionally? Or have a misread what some has said before??

Thats one fuse in the fusebox, look in the manual and it will sort u out with what to change

my heater pannel leds were annoyin me so much i took em out so ive just got my dials an mfd green now. ive had probs like that with the dials. 1 of em went off jsut now so i took it out an i just made the gap between the connector things smaller as sum of u told me 2 do an they fit tighter now an work fine
