Does anybody know why this has been canx this year as Noonster has it down on the list as not going ahead this year ???

We are sad to announce the Weston Wheels event will not be taking place this year.

Since the 2005 event which saw our biggest attendance ever we have been working on the 2006 event. However due to the new licensing laws which came into force over the past year and the extra requirements which would be required by the local authorities to solve many of the problems seen in 2005 it has become unviable for us to continue the event in its present format.


We would like to thank all sponsors, exhibitors and attendees for the previous 5 years of continued support and we look forward to seeing you at the shows this year.

thats partly due to the cancellation but as said above, my mate knows the daughter of the organiser, little twats camping out nearby trashing the place and people crusin thru the twn nd causing too much trouble has caused the local authorities to impose tough requirements on the event! hopefully it will go ahead nxt year as i am still yet to attend one!

well have to do what we used to do before weston wheels and that was take over the hole of weston in a illegal cruise.was good fun :)

I got questioned by the police 1 year and they still let me and my m8s into the centre as we said we lived there

i did get towed home 1 year when me rs broke down :(.
was on the internet max power in it doing donuts :) back in the day of reckless driving :(

well the reason i got towed home was cuz my alternator was on the blink and old bill where not letting anyone out the car park so i couldnt get home so by the time they let me out the battery had gone dead and i looked like a numpty :)

thats a load of bollox one prob they has was they layed out the club area on the sayurday let every one on saturday night to the tents and rides adn had to walk over that area

We didnt have to walk over the car area atall, there was a walkway at the top, but when some car clubs set up the flags ready fro saturday a load of Pill heads pulled them down and ruined everything, was good for the ones who went for the car show, the chavs that went there for a piss up is why we lose out again

erm... feel free.. but you will need to apply for permision form the council, apply ot borrow the field, and have car parking, traders, entertainment, and enough pubilc there to cover alllllll of those costs.


Not worth it inmy opinion...

it was some pricks that took there cars onto the grass and did hand brake turns ect and recked the layout of the club stands...in the morning all the cars were all shovded into a field while they sorted it, it was chaos took over 2 hours to get everyone on the stands....
