got my new 06 sxi+ coming on the way just been ordered any chance of adding an amp and sub to the current head unit dont wana change the orginal headunit warrenty n it sez no modification allowed

u can change the headunit without affecting insurance
headunit warranty wont be needed with a new hu:P
u can keep the old one and itl jus pop back in when u sell the car
it is poss to wire and amp but its not the easiest and wont sound good

yeah change the headunit. Who wants warranty on a crumy vxl headunit.

Ur warranty is only voided on the things u change, so if u lower the car, suspension warranty is void, same goes for other components
