I personally use autoglym, but its down to personal preference, ive heard meguiars is very good too
This time of year i just wash it with autoglym car shampoo it every week, tho when it stops pissin it down and the sun comes out i will get back into the routine of shampoo and super resin polish every week!

i use Auto Glym, i rate this product as its very easy to use and give top results, i try to clean my car once a week really as for tips, its all on the bottle mate :)

fairy liquid and a jet wash, then when its sunny, turtle wax, and wonder wheels

Fairy Liquid :O:O Reck your paintwork mate and will also disolve any wax or polish as its a degreasent

AutoGlym or Mer, iv used both, cant fault either, hehe, ma car gets washed when ever i have time, lol
