like I said the other day, if no mole grips use nut crackers (must have some)

just twist and pull alot

I managed to remove one of these other day... car was a write off so i didnt need to be careful :P one hard pull and it was off

correct. just push the edge in. there are 2 or 4 clips i think. comes of very easily

i had to cut mine, then it twisted and pulled off, it took some doing mind.

what do u do bout the lil thing u lift up 2 put the beast in reverse? does that not get affected

just twist and pull the thing like f***, under the gearknob is a spring so that the lift reverse thing goes back down. this stays in place once gearknob is removed, the new one first straight on top and works perfect, piece of pis wen you know how :thumbs:
