The Date is...
Sunday May 14th, 1200hrs

The Plan is...
Saturday 13th May - Stay in Travel Inn (http://www.premiertravelinn.com/pti/hotelInformation.do?hotelId=24215) - Arrive after 1400hrs but before 1800hrs. We are leaving for night in town at 1900hrs!
Sunday 14th May - The meet as planned. (Bowling/Laser Quest/etc...) - Starts at 1200hrs.

Can then have a good evening enjoy a nice meal and LOTS of drinks.... nice way to get to know people and would be a laugh. Could even do bowling/Cinema/go into town on the saturday night, etc....

Obviously if you can get someone to share with you the room will only be £25.50 each.

If you want to attend then let me know... as state Travelinn or not!

Can someone from each region now please start organising convoy's to the National Meet in the same/similar format you you did for The Fastshow.

Times to get there:
- Saturday | Not before 1400hrs (however work the time around you but please try not to be any later than 1800hrs)
- Sunday | 1200hrs

Please ensure your convoy's arrive on or around the times stated above.
- On the saturday you can book into your room from 1400hrs onwards however I have chosen to get there around 1430hrs as it sill gives you enough time to get booked in and changed etc.. before we watch the FA Cup Final, grab food and go into town at 1900hrs!

Right have spoken to a Taxi company about transport into Derby and back on the saturday night... I will ring them on the day when I arrive in Derby to book the Taxi's to get there as they said just ring on the day.

Would everyone be happy with 7pm into Derby?
We dont need to book back as theres a taxi rank outside Revolution where we should be finishing the night!

Each Taxi seats 5 (they are black cabs) quick head count and think we have 20 going from the travelinn (not sure what travelodge people are doing) so will be booking 4 cabs (more if needed)... each should cost around £6/£7 so just over a £1 each which is fook all.

what exactly is planned for sunday?
There is nothing exactly planned mate...

Theres a bowling alley and a lazer quest and also a cinema... so theres things you can do. The idea is really to get as many members of the site in one place, park up and look around fellow members cars and ask some questions etc... basically have a good chat with people and get to know those that you speak to day in day out.

I will personally on the sunday have a chat with alot of people... go for a game or 2 of bowling and then grab some food at Pizza Hut, have another walk around etc.. then head home. Only going to last 4-5 hours to be honest just a big get together!

In Revolution make sure you buy a privilage card for £3 as will save you money in the end... as we will be starting there and probably ending the night there too ;)
