--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
did my seats today was fairly simple to do when using the advice from the local mechanic,
because we have pretensioners he said take the negative off your battery and leave it for about 15 mins then un do the bolts holding the seats in, there on torque screws, and there are 4. carefully unplug the seat from underneath and lift seat up, cut all the cable ties and take seat clean out.
the pre tensioners are held on by one torque screw which is a different size to the ones you have just taken out, it then should just slide out and fit onto your taylor made frame bolt new seat onto frame and bolt into car,and put plug back in. simple huh? mine would have been if i had the right and left subframes instead of two lefts so just waiting for the frame its on order should be here tomorrow. hope ive been of some help
does that sound right??

i just changed me crappy basic interior for the nicer sxi stuff, followed those steps and it was fine. I didn't disconnect the battery or anything like that, read a few threads on here sayin that wasn't necessary, tis fine.
