ICE me up people

evenin' all. I've got sum spare £££ this month, and to treat my new alpine 9855r HU I want an amp an sub. Now the only things I've got so far are the 9855r HU, and some pioneer speakers (TS-E2090). I've done with these speaker for ages now, are they out of date and useless now? So people can I have some advice on an amp and sub + box? I'd like to match it all alpine if poss?

speakers will be fine.
As for an amp, id go for about 300W rms, 2 channel bridgeable amp, ive got a mutant one, and it does the job, however if u have got cash to spend (i hadnt) id recommend lookin at JBL amps
As for subs, Id just recommend what ive got, which is a 10" focal access sub. It really kicks seriously hard for such a small sub and id recommend it to anyway
oh n btw, i have the Alpine CDA9853R, so my setup is very similar to yours!

well my sub cost £54.99 cuz i got a deal on it but they r normally £75, box was a tenner off a mate, then i got the amp for free of sum1, but i reckon ur lookin at £150 in total 2bh

you can buy my Vibe AMP & sub if you want, its 10" Active Sub, I will put it for sale soon in for sale section, its all in one and sounds very good, I still have the box in my loft with all the packaging and its still in warranty, I just want rid of it cos im doin a brand new boot build soon and need the money towards 1 of my new subs ;-)
