What you think?
Would this work together?
Would i need rear speekers?
Would i need a adapter for the steering wheel controls for this HU?
Good choice for a budget system.
Yes it would work
No you dont need rear speakers
Yes you need an adaptor for the steering controls and its about £60 from alpine..
so should i disconnect the rear speekers or just leave the standard 1ns in?
ok now its time for the Blonde questions, Will the front speekers just run off the Hu and the Sub off the Amp, or will they all run off the amp?
are these what i would need?

i can get free P&P from there too so im best getting it from there. had stuff off them before
I don't know much about this sorta thing but I think those are the wrong adaptors. Why would you need the kenwood one when its a alpine headunit ? and the other one im not sure it will work with the alpine headunit.I was told the adaptor you need for alpine headunits is £80
lol i clicked on the wrong one lol, i meant, http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=3481&cadid=63ec7ad9d9b3c65e70177d90a467d767
Wrong adaptors, iirc you need the KCB-802B adaptor, or something like that, and it is made by ALPINE.
Yeah u can run speakers off the HU nbut not off the amp as you havent got enough spare channels
Just leave the rear speakers in and fade them out on the HU
Have a look at the CDA-9853R head unit instead though, as its the updated (and better) version of that 1.
where will i get the right adapter from for that HU?
I got mine from MaxInCar systems in stoke, theyre an alpine dealer so they can get it for you!
i'll post the link in a min
thats the alpine on this page.wow £70 is a lot but worth it if you use the wheel controls a lot.

why do ppl not think get rear speakers by the way? is it because u dont want to cut into the parcel shelf? :dontknow:
if i had them id buy a stelth shelf, i dont wanna cut my parcel shelf up no and plus if you can see 150quids worth of speeker on the back shelf theres more chance of you having you window put thru and getting em nicked.

ahhh i see, just that im gettin a small system soon, already have some rear spekers like, wandering why ppl didnt recommend them. im not gonna cut my parcel shelf either, wil get a stealth shelf if i go down that route
Wonder if them steering control adaptors will work for my car? (got a 2005 facelift with the mini iso loom)
Im gonna do back speakers I think, I will just cut my shelf up and re-cover it as I want it leather anyway
Its not Mini-ISO its CANBUS, and as of yet, the adaptors havent been released.
