really thinking about which headunit to get i dont need one with a screen because im getting a flush monted one so jus need a headunit which will play dvds! this is one of the top of the range alpines and just wondering what you guys think!!

£800 and it don't even have a screen.Id be expecting that thing to drive the car for me LOL

If your going for a serious set up and have money to burn then its worth considering lol

wouldn't pay 800 for a hu without a touch screen with dvd and sat nav

very expensive, i setup my car pc for less then that and it does a lot more

i no it is alot i can get it for about £700 though! can anyone suggest an alternative i want a pioneer or a alpine unless there is something reali special! would appreciate ny help cause need to buy it soon!!!

why dont you just put a player in your glove box and have a standard HU?

because i have already orderd my flush mounted screen jus waiting for delivery hopefully this week! so have to get a hu wid a dvd player!

The reason its so expensive is because it is alpine's top of the range unit!

oh i see sorry mate! i dunno jus dont like the look and would rather have it all in one because wanna stick my ps2 in the glove box!! i no £700 is still reali expensive but thats what you get for a top of the range alpine!! if you read the specs it is actually realy good!......ok what about this

yea for the price its a decent unit! its got similiar features to the other one but main difference is there is no colour screen! and glide touch tingy lol!

from what iv been told the glide touch thingy is very fiddly anyway, and you wont be looking at the screen on that will ya?
