I've been offered a pair of Alpine front comps

The seller says they are 16cm, will these fit the Corsa C front doors?

I've been offered em for £25 inc del.

better off with components.Don't think those would work well

they will fit the front door but they are coaxials not components so i would not bother

as far as i know comps are when you have a mid range and a tweeter going into a crossover box and then fed to the headunit.
Coax is when its just one mid range with the tweeter on top like the one in the original post.It has no crossover box obviously,just wires to the main feed

Spot on.
You'd probably find you would have a lot of treble with these as well as tweeters behind your wing mirrors.
