whats does 2ohm 4 ohm mean can someone verify and which is better?

This should help, as much as it helped me anyway, 1ohm is better from what I gather, then 2ohm then 4ohm
or try typing into google "define:OHM"
ohm are measurements of independence... but im sure all you want to know is:
the LOWER the ohm value, the "louder" the sub will be.
the HIGHER the ohm value, the less "stress" on the system.
Most quality amps are 1 ohm stable now, so you can wire a 2ohm DVC sub to put a 1ohm load on the amp...

okay thanks guys but how to you wire them 2 get 1ohm or 2??
you have to get either a 2ohm Dual Voice coil sub or a 4ohm dual voice coil sub
depending on how you wire these is what you get...
a 2ohm DVC sub

lol thanks m8 you seem 2 know it all wish u could help me wire my screens/subs or pay you to wire it up for me!p :( gonna get a sperate fuse box for the screens! ordered the batteries etc...

Once you've decided what subs and amps you want, make sure you come on here before you actually buy them :P :thumbs:
