Which bulb (again)?

Before I dump £200+ on a HID conversion kit, what bulb should I get for the Corsa? I currently use Philips Blue Vision H7s for dipped and they are crap (can hardly see when driving on country lanes). The Philips Vision Plus bulbs does a better job but comparing the lighting system to my old Fiesta Blue Vision H4s, they are still crap.

I've tried Galaxy and Osrams and they were both crap too. The DE headlights on the Corsa does a pretty bad job trying to spread the light out. I've driven plenty of cars in my lifetime and the Corsa's lighting system just doesn't do the job without having to rely on the main beams.

I'm tempted to try the Philips GT-150 but before I spend £55 (need to get main beam replaced too), can anyone justify if they are worth the money?

Just ordered myself two pairs of GT-150 as there is no one replying :lol:

The Blue Visions are good bulbs but fit it on the Corsa's DE headlights and it is poor (IMO). Most of my driving is done at night and on the motorway. On unlit motorways, you don't see very far ahead although it does light up road signs which tells me that the headlights are still working.

I personally don't recommend any bulbs apart from the Vision Plus (and probably the GT-150 as they are suppose to be better than Vision Plus) for the Corsa's DE headlights. I am not blind (before anyone suggests it) and the lights are not misaligned as I had them aligned by the dealer a while back.

Philips. Let's just say that you'll be lucky to get Type R's in legal wattage! :thumbs:

Vision with bluevisions in my pre-facelift lights has been excellent :)
