Netgear are good mate. Get a rangemax USB dongle. up to 108Mbps connetion and extended range. Purrrrrrrrrrrrrfect :thumbs:

3com xjack pc cards are good! they push in so they sit flush with the laptop for when you not using it or you need to put it away. they do a 108mbps, may cost a little more then norm but well worth it for not having the end damaged!

usb dongles are ****e, they never work properly, have **** drivers and get lost.

get a pcmi? card thingy, if your laptop has the right slots

nver had a problem with my belkin one. normal speend of 110 kb and that with 3 other computers using the wireless conection

iv got a belkin dongle its pretty cool

i mean the wireless internet cards that slot in the side of the laptop, the 1 im usin is a netgear 108 mbpds 1, is that the fastest you can get? bloke says it was 40 quid

108mbps is quick enough with Internet only up to 8mbps really.

yes 108 is the fasted you can get, a wired network is normally 100 so it wont be slow.

also, its pcmcia ;)

Netgear ones are flawless. Any problems are just operator error :P

108Mbps only works with 108mbps routers though!
Id save your money and get a 54mbs one.
Ive got a mini-pci one in my laptop and its spot on!

the 108's are 54Mbps ones with software compression anyway. They are the same price as they are the same thing :P

im confused lol

i hover my mouse over the 2 lil screens in the bottom right corner n it says signal strenght low n speed 54 mbps but its a 108 mbps card

is this because of the signal strength or because of the connection speed?
