custom bonnet

does anyone know of a place that can do me a custom bonnet, i have plans,

i want it to slightly come over the head lights, and for it to continue down wer the grille would of been until its sittin next to the front bumper?

any help, comments or pointers all welcomed!

cover the lights like this but the brows as part of the bonnet.
couldnt find any pics with the other bit but i guess you people know wat am gettin at!

just been to pps they want £200, will have to wait til i get paid, might go for the steinmetz grille n some black angel eyes instead
