Hi there i have just bought an 05 silver 1.2 sxi corsa the silver suround were the dials in the middle of the car is im looking 2 spray the top bit as its black were the clock it how do i remove this bit and whats the best way to spray it?

ok
here we go

1. using a screwdriver pry out your middle heater vents. these just pop out if you push from the edges

2. Pull off the warning light switch

3. unscrew the four screws located in the top left and right and bottom left and right corners

4. gently remove the panel.

under here there you can see the two screws holding your bit of plastic on. undo these and gently pull the top bit being carefull as the wires for the mfd are in. then unscrew the mfd from behind (2 screws) (keep seperate as these are a different size i believe)

5. Sand-Prime x7 and repeat with paint.

plastic primer works best. too im just doing this in my car :) spraying it saph black to match the exterior

cheers lads no doubt ill be asking alot more questions i can see the next 1 @ the end of the month being best and what 2 use 2 paint calipers :D
