Lift up door knob [Archive]

Does anyone know where I can find a nice gear knob suitable for lift-up reverse (which I assume all c's are)? All the ones I have found have said not suitable.
I like this type of gear knob:

Thanks for the extremely fast answer!! That website is very good, I've found a couple of gear knobs that are very promising
