Coax or Comp?

I currently have some 16cm Fusion Coax speakers lying around doing nothing which I took out my old car. Is it worth replacing the standard front speakers in my 06? Or trying to sell them and getting some comps in there?

Another thing, I have door adaptors from a 99 Corsa B which housed the Fusions in, are these the same needed for the C or is there a different one?

For the fascias, can you buy them already in silver or do they all come in black and need spraying to match?
